There is a little war betweeen BCC and Legion.
Techno has laid down a few rules.
1. They need to stop using naked mutants to pk each other.
and start using legit chars.
2. The need to title their clan...although BCC says its not
a clan.  So I told them to title something like Guerillia Warrior.
3. They are not to involve Jackers in any way.  If someone in the
war is grouping with a Jacker and someone else wants to kill
them they have to wait til they are not with the Jacker.  However,
they can't hide behind Jackers.  Else we nuke everyone involved.

Thats about it.  Told them to go nuts or not.  Either way its fun.
