Woo Quest, well said.  Scortch is ok exp.  Even the 1000 mutants
that are there.  You can kill them extremely fast, and the exp
builds up.  I didn't go there for exp, but as I was cleaning the
area, waiting for a repop, and looking for the key, I noticed
I was getting 40-100K exp after killing a bunch of those bastards.
Because I didn't want to become att bait while in the scortch, I'd
start fleeing from mobs in there to loose exp.  You don't have to be
that bad ass to kill the mutants either.  Be invis, and sneak if you
can. Low cs will help just to get through the mobs fast, but decent
armor should insure that you won't have to sleep much for hps.
