A Rough Unfinished Sanstone Tunnel
   This room is similar to those rooms outside the barrier except that it
remains in its unfinished state.  The sandstone has been hacked away and
remains rough and abrasive.  The hard obsidian barrier prevents anything
from this side from breaking through what had been the weak spot in the
forbidance.  Blood has soaked into the porous sandstone floor to leave it
heavily stained.

A Sandstone Tunnel
   The southern wall of the tunnel is black glass whilst the roof, floor and
northern wall are rough cut sandstone.  Unlike in the other areas of the
tunnels, in this area the floor is relatively free of dust.  The floor contains
many puncture marks and the northern wall is marked by scratches and shallow
gouges.  As elsewhere there is no markings marring the surface of the black
glass.

Jalahon ASSOC:: 'EDIT'

   The sandstone tunnel on this side of the manscorpion's blockage looks like
a war zone.  The tunnels are spattered with blood.  There are chunks taken
out of the walls where stray swipes with weapons and claws have gone astray.
The floor and ceiling are charred as though they have been subjected to
intense heat -- probably from magics unleashed by the defenders of this area.
The ground is torn up where the spike-like feet of the manscorpions have
struggled for purchase while being forced back by a furious attack from some
force within the stone building to the south.  The magnitude of the onslaught
that the manscorpions faced is evident in the occasional glass flows that run
down the walls and across the floors of this incursion tunnel -- where the
heat has melted the sandstone to glass.  There are still chitinous and bone
remains of the manscorpions that were destroyed in this battle.  It seems the
manscorpions were not ready for power of this magnitude.  They could not even
retrieve their dead.
