   This large hall is lined with black marble pillars.  The floor
is covered with a posh red carpet trimmed with purple that
stretches to the east toward the base of a large throne.  Huge
glowing orbs locked in glass cages shed light on the room.  An
elegantly carved table occupies the western part of the hall and
is covered with sizzling platters of meat and golden table
settings.  At the near end of the table a majestic looking being
lies in shackles.  A posh waiting room is to the west.
