Black Griffin Road
   The land that surrounds the Black Griffin Road is quite untamed. Although it
has no large forests, it has numerous small copses of trees and bushes that
provide ample coverage for the many animals and monsters that make these lands
their home. Before the Black Griffin Trading Consortium dispatched the many orc
and goblin tribes that lived in these lands there were fewer trees, for they
were the orcs and goblins principle building materials. One of the finest
features of this road is that when it rains the road still remains largely
passable, due to the ingenious drainage system constructed into the road by its
designers. The road continues onward.

The Moonsea Ride
   The Dales in this area have long relied upon the Moonsea Ride as their main
trade route. The Riders of Mistledale patrol this road always on the lookout
for any potential troubles. The truth is the Dales that surround the Moonsea
Ride are very peaceful places with beautiful forest and rich farmland. Some of
the best farmland in all the realms lies within a day's travel from this road.
Long, long ago this entire area was covered in forest and that very forest was
ruled by Elves. Those days are a long gone however; occasionally a farmer
uncovers something that dates back to the time of the Elves.
